Peter Simoncelli brings 38 years of operations experience in the Luxury and Upscale Hotel business. He’s spent the past four years leading the iconic Ritz-Carlton Chicago as the General Manager. Simoncelli spent fourteen years with Starwood Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts respectively. He is an innovator in product enhancement, operational productivity and revenue growth. Peter strives for extremely high standards and his commitment to quality has directly affected the performance of each property. He feels blessed to have been able to work with some of the best people, ownership groups and properties in the industry.

Peter is a past Chairman of the Board of the Magnificent Mile association and has served on the boards of the Illinois Hotel and Lodging association, Choose Chicago GM Advisory Council, and St. Francis High School Development Committee for several years. He is a Chaine de Rotisseurs member and shares a great passion for food and wine. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Illinois College.

He is the proud father of two wonderful children, enjoys quality time with the family, fishing, cooking, gardening and perhaps the occasional golf outing.
